Pam founded her award winning cleaning service company (A1 Janitorial) in Las Vegas, NV in 1993. She’s also the owner of Fast Friendly Spotless Maid Service. Over the last 25 years she’s built a well- known and highly respected company, served 1000’s of clients & earned millions of dollars in commercial office cleaning and residential house cleaning revenues while pursuing her passion for learning, sharing, and travel.
She founded Build My Cleaning Business in 2011 and has been a featured speaker for ISSA and ARCSI as well as Launch27, Zenmaid and Genio (software developers) and many other industry leaders. She’s coached hundreds of cleaning business owners to faster success over the last 7 years.
Washington doesn’t clean any of the offices or houses herself anymore, because she has highly trained employees that handle all of these tasks keeping focus on quality control.

“Most of my business is repeats and referrals, which is a bonus,” Washington said. “I get most of my business through referrals because our quality control is top focus. We’ve had some of the same clients for 25 years. We’re now doing some of our clients’ children’s homes. That kind of puts things in perspective a little bit.”
“We walk into a lot of odd situations,” Washington said. “You know the phrase ‘What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas’? That’s my mantra, as well. Whether it’s an object on a table or mail or magazines, it’s a very private, personal thing. We’re walking into private spaces.”
“Lately, we’ve found a lot of people purging,” Washington said. “Children will go into their elderly parents’ homes, and we’ll just work with them for a couple of days. While they purge, we clean. They’re getting rid of 30 years of knick-knacks their children and grandchildren gave them.”
