All European Auto Repair is celebrating their tenth Anniversary, which commemorates ten great and challenging years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Las Vegas-based Auto Repair business, which has provided Auto Repairs to Las Vegas drivers since 2007.
All European Auto Repair got it's start in 2007 when founder Michael Depaci got tired of working at the dealerships. Mr. Depaci figured he could save people more money and it would be a bigger challenge to work on other cars, other than what the dealership had to offer, which was solely Mercedes at that particular job. Mr. Depaci welcomed the challenged to work on all automobiles and focuses his attention on luxury auto repair.
One of the earliest challenges All European Auto Repair faced was trying to get the hang of owning a small business and getting the customers in through the door who had never heard of the company before.
While every business of course faces challenges, some, like All European Auto Repair are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. One such victory came when the business made it through its second year of business. Most businesses fail within the first two years and Mr. Depaci's company made it through all of the challenges and the company is now going stronger than ever at 10 years. The company also almost has the entire original staff that began with the company.
Alex Harris, General Manager at All European Auto Repair was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of All European Auto Repair's history so far was when we became a Rolls Royce authorized service center. This is a tough certification to get as Rolls Royce does not allow every company to work on their cars. The company has to have a certain amount of years in the business buying parts from Rolls Royce and using their software correctly, being able to diagnose Rolls Royce problems accurately, and having a vast knowledge of all Rolls Royce vehicles, both modern and classic."
