Due to its intimate setting, the bar only prepares food for the exact number of guests anticipated each evening. This usually includes over 17 courses of sushi with a curated Reserve beverage pairing, when you book a seat at either 7:15 pm or 9:30 pm.

Behind an unmarked door in Bento Picnic located in Cesar Chavez St., you are welcomed to a sophisticated yet relaxed setting where you can sit right by the chef’s cutting boards. The sushi bar takes pride in its curated Omakase experience with its rotating menu that offers a playful construction of new-wave nigiri and other delicacies.

Because the menu is entirely avant-garde, all substitutions and modifications are politely declined. However, certain dietary preferences and limitations may be considered, though guests with seafood and shellfish allergies, mushroom allergies, or vegan requirements cannot be accommodated.
