Alaska Bible College’s four-year BA in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministry offers you a sound theological framework that reflects the Truth of God’s revelation to life and ministry. The course guides you to understand, engage and appreciate the world from a biblical viewpoint.

The degree requirements are interdisciplinary. The course covers all areas necessary for a successful teaching career at an elementary level, connecting theory and practice in real classroom situations. When you graduate, you will know how to teach the curricular knowledge and understand the developmental and learning needs of grade K to 5 learners.

During this course, you will be assessed against national and state education standards, including the Alaska Standards for Educators and Student Content set by the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development (DEED), and the Alaska Standards for Culturally Responsive Schools.
