If you belong to the NYC and Manhattan brunch crowd, the head chef at Delice & Sarrasin is thrilled to be bringing you a new way to enjoy the city’s favorite meal completely cruelty-free.
If you’re a brunch lover, the bistro’s new brunch menu channels a Parisian cafe vibe that’s completely new for the city, bringing you a new selection of light, flavorful and French-style crepes, galettes, pastries, and more.
Delice & Sarrasin hopes their new menu of savory galettes, sweet crepes, and unique vegan versions of iconic French breakfast foods can transport you to the streets of Paris and give you a brunch truly worth posting about.
Popular new savory galettes you’re sure to love (and want to Instagram) include their Mr Petrossian, which reimagines a classic brunch flavor combination with its Konjac smoked ‘salmon,’ homemade cultured cashew creme fraiche, avocado puree and fresh dill.
Or, if you have more of a sweet tooth, their La Lolotte crepe with roasted bananas, melted dark chocolate and coconut whipped cream is an indulgent choice.
In addition to being moreish, head chef Yvette Caron also recommends her crepes and galettes as a healthier choice as her light yet vibrant batter is made from nutritionally dense buckwheat, rather than processed white flour.
Another highlight of the bistro’s new brunch menu is their Pain Perdu, which they describe as the authentic French toast.
You can also now enjoy the full brunch experience with Delice & Sarrasin’s barista-brewed coffees, with oat, cashew, almond and soy milk available for their iconic Cafe au Lait, as well as for their lattes and cappuccinos. The bistro also serves a wide selection of teas, fresh orange juice, and if you’re in the mood for a more festive touch, mimosas made with organic vegan sparkling wine crafted by boutique French wineries.
