Like previous sessions, the latest round of training classes will focus on teaching you how to lead both one-on-one and group workshops. Core lessons will be taught by Michael Stone, Glenn Girlando, and Saemi Nakamura, who are veteran facilitators with over 40 years of combined experience. During these foundational modules, you will learn about the fundamentals of breathwork, key facilitation skills, the importance of self-awareness, and how to achieve personal development goals.
