In 2018, Chris had the idea to create a car show whose proceeds benefit local students. What better way to show his appreciation to the vibrant local community while also staying true to the brand? At that moment, Cody's Car Show was born, and has been running ever since!
This year, the proceeds will go to the students of the Rich and Bear Lake High Schools; several deserving students selected by staff members will receive a scholarship from the Cody's Gastro Garage team! The event is coming this summer - don't miss it!
The annual car show will be hosted and catered by Cody’s Gastro Garage and their famous food truck. The menu includes staples such as the Cody’s Classic burger, hot dogs, tacos, their signature Philly Cheese Steak, and a number of child-size portion options as well.
At their brick-and-mortar location in Garden City, Cody’s Gastro Garage offers a wide range of American classics - with a gourmet twist. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are on offer at the restaurant, featuring menu standouts such as The Unbelievable Burger, the Killer Carne Asada Frie”, the specialty Bear Lake Salad, and much more.
One patron said in their review of the establishment, “This was a great experience. Cute garage atmosphere and the food was delicious. Nice variety of food choices and the service was quick. Burgers are amazing, and my son enjoyed a blue cheese wedge salad with chicken. Even my picky eater loved the chicken fingers, and of course, devoured the deep dish cookie with ice cream.”
