One of the very things that is key to losing weight is controlling what we eat, how much we eat, and how many times we do so. According to the new guide, which was compiled by the center's founder Koji Preston, there are a few things more difficult than sticking to a long term healthy eating regime.
"If you have a goal that involves personal health and weight loss, diets can leave you feeling hungry. Often it’s that very hunger, that makes staying with your food intake plan so hard," the army veteran states.
Calling the struggle between eating healthy and craving for junk food "a vicious cycle" that can derail your health goals, Koji informs that it is possible to get control over those cravings. He then proceeds to list in his guide 19 practical ways in which you can get total control of your hunger cravings.
The first trick, highlighted in the guide, to suppressing your appetite is to have a breakfast that is rich in protein. It is the fitness trainer's belief that if a protein-rich breakfast is incorporated into our diets then the protein will naturally help control our eating behaviors throughout the day.
The guide then advised that you consume lots of water as a means of suppressing your appetite. Not only does this hack help to reduce cravings, but it also serves to cleanse the digestive system, increase satiety, and energizes you.
Among the other ways to suppress your appetite, according to the guide, are intermittent fasting, using probiotics, consuming fiber-rich foods, and boosting your magnesium levels.
Koji's article also comes with an attached guide to appetite suppressant pills, for those who need supplementation to help master their cravings.

In this additional guide, the fitness trainer first explains what appetite suppressants are and how they work.
"Appetite suppressants are commonly known as diet pills that make you feel full, which means that you will eat less and lose weight. They work by suppressing hunger and increase the feeling of fullness. They trick your brain into thinking that you are not hungry and therefore no need to eat," he explains.
The guide then cautions that you talk to your doctor before taking the supplements. The reason for this, it explains, is because the supplements are not for everyone. As such, you should seek your doctor's approval first.
Before giving the actual tips on which suppressant pills to take, the guide highlights some of the ingredients that are present in them. These include Garcinia Cambogia, cayenne pepper, caffeine, and green tea.
Among the types of appetite suppressants that the guide lists as guaranteed to work are Lean Bean, PhenQ, and Garcinia Extra.
For each of the suppressants listed, the guide details its ingredients as well as the pros and cons of using it.
