Youngblood bought and sold the most homes out of all of last year’s rookie class and established himself as a new force in the Nashville real estate marketplace.

A Tennessee native, Youngblood spent the last five years as a flight crewmember for LifeFlight prior to coming to DeSelms Real Estate. His passion for helping others and his ability to remain calm in stressful situations have helped him connect with clients as they make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. He takes the time to educate his clients so that they can make informed decisions and walk confidently through the home buying and selling process with ease. Jim lives in Franklin with his wife, Brittany, and he is an avid golfer and a passionate outdoorsman.
