The classes by trainer and sports therapist Fiona Prochowski are scheduled for every Monday night at Crossfit Digbeth and include a regimen of stretches and exercises.

The advanced mobility training sessions include a regimen of basic maintenance stretches and exercises. Administered by certified sports massage therapist Fiona Prochowski, the regimen focuses on natural biomechanics and the prevention of injuries by strengthening and conditioning muscle groups. These classes are conducted every Monday evening and require participant pre-registration.
The classes are also tailored to the needs of athletes and sportspersons, with instruction about preparing joints for flexion and extension during the course of training or an event. Sessions are priced at £10 each and do not require participants to be members of Crossfit Digbeth.
The mobility class in Digbeth provides reconditioning and injury management strategies to help participants improve their natural range of motion and to use their joints in stable positions. Protune Sports Therapy provides all equipment required for the class including resistance bands, Lacrosse balls, and foam rollers. The equipment is also available for purchase if required.
