Le Peep offers customers a breakfast menu with abundant choices. Some of the popular breakfast selections include avocado toast, cinnamon rolls, tomato mozzarella avocados, banana berry splits, and nutty oatmeal.
Our restaurant’s waffles selection provides customers with a number of scrumptious choices. Le Peep serves Belgian waffles, salted caramel waffles, Nutella waffles, and Banana Fosters waffles. The menu also includes southern style chicken and waffles smothered in sausage gravy.
A wide selection of crepes are also served. Spinach crepes Benedict and Nutella crepes are favorites of customers. The café’s breakfast crepe consists of two crepes filled with eggs, ham, and combo cheese and is smothered in creamy hollandaise sauce with a sprinkle of paprika. Another specialty crepe served is the Boulder crepe made of spinach, mushrooms, artichokes, diced tomatoes, chicken, and Brie sautéed together.
