That’s why head chef Yvette Caron has designed a new menu for the restaurant that focuses on not only offering you a fine dining plant-based experience, but on plating up truly environmentally friendly dishes. 

Highlights of Caron’s new menu include their Velouté de Carotte, a unique carrot soup you’re sure to love that is made with wild carrots, pink lentils and homemade vegan garlic butter. Also popular are their new Escargots Beurre Maitre D’hotel, which use locally cultivated oyster mushrooms.
