Did you know you could start a whole new career, with only a few months of training? The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (306-559-2410) makes it easy, by combining online classes with hands-on instruction, in a friendly, exciting environment. Upgrade your job to a career today.
Have you been working a job, but you're ready for a career?
It's a big world out there, with a lot of options, but I've found they almost all have this one big drawback in common - they want you to do another 2 to 8 years of schooling, and that's too much.
Don't take this the wrong way, I understand that training is important, but if you're like me, you just spent more than a dozen years in school, and you're ready for something else, not 8 more years of the same.
That's why I want to talk about this new MedSpa training option I found, that, yes, does require more schooling - but not as much as you might expect.
It's not because MedSpa jobs don't require you to learn new skills, but because they've found a unique way to train you that limits how much time you actually need to spend in a classroom.
If you want to check it out for yourself, there's probably a training facility near you, just look for the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy, or visit https://dermysk.com/pages/academy
How do I know there's probably a training facility near you? Well, I live in the middle of literally nowhere (also known as Saskatchewan) and there's one, not even a 20-minute drive from me, in Emerald Park. They're scattered all across Canada, from coast-to-coast.
Even if you're not near a training facility though, that shouldn't stop you from taking their classes - let me explain why.
Instead of regular classes, they let you do all of your training online, at least for the "book knowledge" stuff. Things like health and safety regulations, the underlying physics and biology of popular MedSpa techniques, and industry-specific business strategies.
You can do that stuff at any time, from anywhere, as long as you're connected to the internet, and when you're done, you're only about one week away from being fully certified.
That one week is the best part of the whole training. For your practical instruction, you'll have to travel to the nearest Dermysk Academy, where you'll get hands-on training with real MedSpa tools, doing real procedures, on real people.
That's it, that's all. At the end of your one week, assuming you don't burn down the Academy with a stray laser, you should be fully certified and ready to begin your new career... and I'm joking about the laser.. probably.
Of course, that's just the "Basic Training," option - and there are a few other classes if you want to do a deep dive into this career, all at once.
For example, you could take the Basic training, get fully certified in all the standard techniques, then come back at any time for the Advanced training. That's where you'll learn complex techniques like Cool Sculpting, stem cell treatments, and laser gynecology.
But what if you're all like, "Whoah, 2 separate classes?! That's too much, can't I just do it all in one class?"
That's cool too - there's an option for that... it's just, a little intense.
If you're a little intense though, maybe it's the perfect fit for you.
It's a Master-level class that isn't for the faint of heart, because it includes everything from the Basic and Advanced training in a single course, plus it has some exclusive content you won't find anywhere else.
As an extra bonus, this course is the only way to get a Master of Medical Aesthetics certificate - and that can really set you apart, or above and beyond, in this industry. Maybe it's because the Basic training is enough for most people, but that certificate is a real rarity, even in MedSpas.
But hey, the point is, you have options.
Lots of them, and several of them are pretty fantastic if you ask me.
Personally, I'm a "let's get'er done" kinda person, and I would go straight for the Master-level training - but that's just me.
Why not take a look, check out all the courses, and then decide?
Just visit https://dermysk.com/pages/academy for all the deets, and even if you decide that this isn't for you, maybe it is for some of your friends, so don't forget to let your peeps know what's up.
