Florida Businesses Can Apply For ERC/ERTC Funds In 2023 With This Claims Service

Aug 21, 2023

If you’ve been thinking about applying for the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) but haven’t done so yet, you still have time! ERCframe.com’s updated report gives you everything you need to know to apply in 2023, including a free, easy-to-use eligibility check.

Maybe you’ve heard that the ERC (ERTC) has been repealed, too, and were thinking you couldn’t apply anymore. What a bummer that would be!

But there’s good news - you can still apply for the ERC in 2023, as long as you meet the basic qualifications, and you were paying employees during the first three quarters of 2021.

ERCframe.com has an updated report where you can get all the details you need and check your eligibility within minutes. But you need to apply as soon as possible because the waiting time to receive your funds from the IRS will probably increase as they process more and more applications in the coming months.

Don't delay! Get all the details here: https://ercframe.com/blog/2023-ERTC---Employee-Retention-Tax-Credit-Update-Do-Employers-Still-Have-Time-To-Apply/

The new article has come out in response to recent updates to the ERC that allow employers who received Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans to claim the credit for qualified wages used to obtain PPP loan forgiveness. You may still benefit from these updates, even though the ERC ended in late 2021.

As you may know, the ERC was created by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act as a refundable payroll tax credit. It was originally administered for qualified wages paid between March 13, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2020. The ERC was intended to help businesses retain employees, even if the effects of the pandemic forced them to stop working during the covered period.

As the article relates, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs (IIJA) Act retroactively eliminated most employers’ ability to claim the ERC for wages paid after Sept. 30, 2021. However, you can still retroactively claim credits for qualified wages of up to $7,000 per employee per quarter paid during the first three quarters of 2021.
