The Menu
For casual lunches and brunches, the company offers a selection of its signature sandwiches, served on challah with a Panko parmesan crust with a side of fries or salad. You can choose from BBQ chicken, pulled pork, and Angus brisket sandwiches, as well as vegetarian quesadilla with cooked beans, chipotle corn, and a Mexican cheese blend.
STUF’D recommends its entrée sliders, which can also be paired with salads and waffle fries, as the perfect option for backyard and pool parties. Popular choices include Angus cheeseburger sliders, turkey meatball sliders, and classic grilled cheese bites.
And for dessert?

She wanted to create a catering company that would not only give clients the convenience and flexibility of full-service catering, but would also stand out with its delicious food and professional service.
