Frisco Health Insurance Sees Spending in ACA With a Shift in Medicare Cost

Frisco health insurance companies convey that pharmaceutical firms may stop developing new drugs if the government dictates prices. In a recent podcast with Anne Marie Schieber, Phil Kerpen said that Congress approved plans will shift $288 billion away from Medicare drug spending and into the Affordable Care Act Plans or Green New Deal ventures. This could result in an abundance of pharmaceuticals companies to cease development of new drugs as they are less likely to do so when there's uncertainty about their profitability, due largely because one bill has already put restrictions on price-setting by prescription medicine manufacturers.

The new plan authorizes the government, through Medicare Part D and B spending, to levy a 95% tax on the total sales for drug makers who don't lower their prices to meet federal regulator requirements. This could impact individuals with health insurance in Frisco by causing supply shortages of needed pharmaceuticals like brand medications or generic drugs. Kerpen doubled down when interviewed by podcast hosts by paraphrasing "blue state lawmakers" saying, “they're negotiating pricing, however it's actually just another form of mob style offers that you can’t refuse.”

Rick Thornton, a Frisco health insurance agent is excited about the new drug price control measure being salvaged from a previous defeat. This could a consumer’s ticket for major change in healthcare. In addition, with the recent passing of the Inflation Reduction Act, it looks like consumers will get what they have been waiting for at last!
