Higher-level lessons that focus on competitive swimming are taught by experienced swimming instructors who have spent years as part of high school, college, USA Swimming, and other organized swim teams.
In addition to triathletes, these lessons are also ideal for qualified non-competitive swimmers who have completed all six lower-levels in the Swim Advantage Program. As a result, participants improve their swimming form, lap time, and top-level swimming fundamentals.
