Kickstart your new career with fast training, accessible classes, and the best instructors in the business. The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (587-400-1389) can get you fully certified and ready to work in a MedSpa in as little as 8 weeks.
Did you ever hear the one about the scarecrow that kept showing up at a MedSpa?
He heard they were great at getting rid of crows feet...
Ba-dum-tiss!
That one's a freebie, you can feel free to use it with all your MedSpa clients - after I tell you how easy it is to get trained, certified, and started in a new career, instead of working your dead-end job as a barista or waitress.
Not that there's anything wrong with working as a barista or waitress - any job that pays the bills is a good one in my books, but I assume if you're reading this blog that you're looking for something a little more... career-oriented.
Something with room for advancement, where improving your skills means better work, better pay, and better benefits - instead of just more tables to wait on.
It's a lot easier than you might think, now that we've got this whole online learning thing figured out. But don't worry, it's not all online, it's a hybrid course, from the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy.
It might not be a bad idea to bookmark their website right now - just visit https://academy.dermysk.com/ - and then you can check it out later after I give you the condensed version of what you need to know.
The shortest, most condensed version is this: In as little as 8 weeks, they can get you fully trained, certified, and ready to start a new career working in a MedSpa.
Not bad, right?
Of course, that's a bit shy on the details - but I'm just getting started. Here's how it all works.
Their hybrid training program uses a combination of online courses and hands-on training, so that you're knowledgeable, but also have real-world experience before you ever meet a real client.
With just the Basic training, you'll get certification for up to a dozen popular procedures, including laser skin treatments, derma-planing, micro-blading, and fractional ablation. There are a bunch more too - but if you want to see the full list, just visit their website.
Did you remember to bookmark it yet? It's https://academy.dermysk.com/
Anyway, that's just the beginning! With the Basic training, you're ready to start your career, but you also have so much more you can learn, because, well, that's the point of a career, right?
For example, after you graduate you can go back at any time to take the Advanced course. If you're not a graduate of the Basic program, then this course requires at least 5 years of MedSpa experience, so you've already got a headstart.
In the Advanced course, you can learn the techniques everyone is talking about, like stem cell treatments, advanced laser pigmentation treatments, and my favourite, Cool Sculpting. If you haven't heard of Cool Sculpting, you need to look it up, like right now.
It's the coolest MedSpa procedure, no pun intended, no matter which way you look at it. Using nothing but cold temperatures, it lets you remove unwanted body fat, but that's not what makes it so amazing. The super-amazing part is that it's minimally invasive, and removes fat selectively.
That means that if a client has a little too much around the hips, in the belly, or somewhere else, you can help to remove it, without putting the junk in their trunk at risk. It's sculpting the human body, and that's absolutely awesome.
There's really only one more thing that you need to know, before you go check out the details for yourself - and it's a big one.
What if, just hypothetically, you didn't want to take a Basic and then an Advanced course - and you'd rather get all the training done, all at once?
Well, you're in luck, because there's an easy way to do that, and it provides a few big bonuses too, like extra training, and a Master of Medical Aesthetics certificate when you graduate.
What you're looking for is the Dermysk Academy's Master-level training, which lets you totally skip the Basic and Advanced classes, using an all-in-one plus-some model, that covers everything from the Basic and Advanced classes, plus bonus content.
I don't want to ruin the surprise, but there are some serious benefits, so I suggest checking it out yourself on their website.
As an Academy spokesperson explained, “Our Master Medical Aesthetics Certification course unlocks a wealth of opportunities. This certification not only offers access to working in high-end spas and clinics but also paves the way to owning a successful medical aesthetics business if desired.”
Whether you're looking to start a new career, improve your existing skills, or rocket all the way to the top of the MedSpa field - the Dermysk Academy makes it easy, accessible, and even fun.
