Rehabilitation Associates of Central Virginia blend science with inspiration, by educating patients on how to prevent or manage a health condition while helping to motivate them during the treatment process, so that they can function in the best way. In addition to this, the physical therapists will work with patients to help them understand their body to achieve their long-term health goals.

Wellness programs are tailored to each individual, so that they are provided the best care. By using a variety of techniques to help patients move more freely, reduce their pain, and prevent any disability.

Goals are achieved through a series of exercises that gradually help build up the muscles, tendons and ligaments, helping ensure they get back to their original length and training the muscles to help the joints more freely.

Physical therapy can help people of all ages, whether they have a medical condition, an illness, or have injuries that somehow make it harder to move freely and function normally.

Because the programs are tailored to each patient, they will get unique treatment designed especially for them, helping them to get back to their best in the most efficient way.
