To qualify, you must have had at least 10 full-time W-2 employees on the payroll during the pandemic, or 20 part-time employees, not including family members or owners. If that describes your business, they can almost certainly help you to claim a rebate.
While individual rebates will vary, Let Hutch Help and Jorns & Associates can help you claim up to $5,000 per employee, for the last fiscal quarter of 2020, and up to $7,000 per employee per quarter for the first three fiscal quarters of 2021. This means some business owners can claim up to $26,000 per employee, with no upper limit on funding, and no restrictions on how the funds can be spent.
That means it's practically free money from the government, with no strings attached. With enough employees, you could even be eligible for millions of dollars in rebates that you never have to pay back.
Of course, you won't get your rebate from Jorns & Associates directly, it will come directly from the IRS, as a check in the mail. It's important to understand though, these rebates are not a loan or deferral, and never require repayment. They are reimbursement from the federal government for wages that you have already paid, during the recent pandemic.
The program can help you to qualify and claim tax credits even if you have already received loans through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), or were otherwise previously disqualified. They can even help if you operate a startup or non-profit organization or run a new business founded during the pandemic.
As a new client, you will be appointed a personal specialist to assist you with your file and serve as a single point of contact. Your business will receive the maximum allowable funding, full long-term audit protection, and errors and omissions insurance, in case of any complications with the IRS.
They pretty much handle everything, so you don't have to worry about it.
There's not even any risk, because that would make it harder for many struggling businesses to apply - so you can't possibly lose.
If for any reason you don't qualify or don't receive a rebate, you won't be charged a penny.
