You will also learn about the physics and biology behind popular treatments, such as how laser tools can be used to remove hair or tattoos.
After completing the online portion of your training, the next step is a one-week, hands-on course at the nearest Dermysk Academy to complete your certification. After this week of training, you should be fully qualified, experienced, and ready to join the workforce as a medical aesthetician!
Now, here's a little something I learned, that a lot of folks haven't figured out until it's too late... you don't have to take the Basic or even the Advanced course.
While most students do begin with the Basic course, and many return for the Advanced training, the Dermysk Academy has a third, less well-known option. The Master level training program includes all the content from both the Basic and Advanced courses, as well as exclusive training not found elsewhere - so if you want to get all your training, plus a bit extra, in a single course - this is the option for you.
Graduation from the Master's level course includes certification in complex procedures like Cool Sculpting and Vampire Lifts, plus you'll get a Master of Medical Aesthetics certificate.
