Mastering The Basics

Learning From The Best
Long Island Sports Training currently has three different soccer training programs for you to choose from—Individual, Group, and Team. Group sessions are ideal for anywhere from 4 to 8 players while Team sessions are better for 8 players or more. Sessions typically last 1 to 2 hours, and all athletes must be at least 7 years old to participate. The sessions are delivered by company founders Mr. and Mrs. Gilmore, both of whom are certified coaches with extensive backgrounds playing and teaching the sport.
