United Student Alliance, an organization dedicated to helping college students graduate debt-free, announced new charitable grants to avoid student loans and relieve the stress of college debt. Student loan debt is a serious issue for college students, with a US total of more than $1.48 trillion dollars in total debt from more than 44 million borrowers. To help students graduate debt-free, United Student Alliance offers charitable grants available for its members.
Eligibility for the grant is available for United Student Alliance members who pay their $150 registration fee and nominate themselves each year for a grant upon graduation. The grants are available for current and graduate students, as well as high-school students interested in enrolling in college.
