With the property markets in many major cities of United States experiencing a severe shortage of inventory, Skyfor wanted to produce a video that enabled buyers to purchase property with confidence and for them to avoid making costly mistakes in seller's markets. Therefore, Skyfor conducted a buyer agent survey, asking the top buyers agents what mistakes they see buyers make when purchasing property. Skyfor then lists these errors in their short video and offer potential buyers ways to negotiate their way around these.
The one and a half minute video focuses on buying property in a seller's market and lists ways a buyer can negotiate a successful purchase. Based on research data, Skyfor lists seven mistakes that buyers make. These are related to expectations, finance and timing.
In fact, according to the buyer's agents surveyed by Skyfor, the number one mistake that most buyers make is related to timing. Hesitant to take action, many buyers miss out on what is the perfect buying opportunity for them. This scenario then means that they must revisit the market to find another opportunity.
