Neurodynamic Breathwork Online launched its breathwork facilitator training to equip you with the tools you need to lead your own breath workshops. The group has condensed 40 years of breathwork training into a 6-month curriculum divided into 6 main segments.
You will learn how to start your own breathwork business, how to develop a client base, how to prepare for your breathwork workshop, do an effective intro talk, create a neurodynamic breathwork music set, and support breathers while they are attending your session. Interspaced between the modules are self-empowerment lessons focused on personal development. The group explains that this is crucial for you to open yourself to a deeper understanding of your essential nature so that you can support others in their personal development and spiritual growth journey.

The breathwork facilitator training will be led by 3 main teachers who have over 4 decades of combined breathwork facilitator experience and will host 2 guest speakers teaching unique components on ethics and spiritual emergency. Together, the team has facilitated over 1,000 neurodynamic breathwork online sessions.
Graduates of the training will receive a certificate and be invited to the group’s ongoing Alumni Support Community. The community has monthly facilitator check-ins and regular full breathwork workshops so that you remain up-to-date with the latest techniques.
