It also encompasses one's ability to cope with lower vibrational emotions such as anger or sadness and accepting that these feelings exist and can be managed through practice, and as Riley believes, the decision to purposely live with joy.
Studies show that individuals who display a high EQ typically have healthier relationships, have a reduced risk of mental disorders such as depression and anxiety, and have a stronger immune system.
Riley says, "I tried so many different communities that seemed like the types of places that might fit the bill, churches, meetups, professional communities but ultimately, I found that their belief systems and emotional goals were just not the same as mine. So, I decided to build it myself. This community is only for people who are really ready to embrace the joy in themselves and have been practicing for a while. That means that everyone already knows how to do it."
