Residents have easy access to a luxury Tesla by simply downloading the EV Mobility app and renting the vehicles by the hour or for day use.
Tenants of luxury apartments expect top-end amenities as part of the upscale living experience including fully-equipped gyms, resort-style pools and spas, outdoor entertaining spaces, rock climbing walls, state-of-the-art business centers, private movie theaters, grand clubhouses, lounges and just about every other creature comfort one could conjure up. What they typically don’t expect, however, is a luxury vehicle at the ready.
Goldrich Kest, one of Southern California’s largest privately owned real estate investors, builders and property managers, has given the green light to EV Mobility to operate its all-electric car-sharing platform at two of its properties — Museum Towers in Downtown Los Angeles and The Highland in Hollywood. If successful, the service may expand into other Goldrich Kest properties.
Ramy El-Batrawi, CEO of EV Mobility, explains that residents have easy access to a luxury Tesla by simply downloading the EV Mobility app and renting the vehicles by the hour or for day use.
“We are excited to partner with Goldrich Kest on this project as they share our vision of offering their valued tenants a unique, convenient and luxurious amenity situated right in their own buildings,” says Ramy El-Batrawi, CEO of EV Mobility, further explaining that in order to ensure the highest level of safety, each vehicle is regularly maintained and serviced by his company's team of mechanics and technicians. "So imagine having a Tesla at the ready without the hassle of owning and maintaining it. EV Mobility really is a win-win for everyone.”
“Many of our Museum Towers and The Highland residents don’t own cars because each building is situated in communities with high walk scores thanks to their proximity to myriad restaurants, shopping destinations, theaters and other cultural institutions,” says Paul Dubord, Managing Director of Property Management & Operations of Goldrich Kest, which owns and manages both properties. “For those occasions in which they may want to venture out of the immediate area, Teslas on demand are conveniently accessible right in our building's parking lot. Now they can enjoy the convenience, cost savings and environmental benefits of driving an electric-powered Tesla.”
