Women are queens - Women are sheroes, worth more than their weight in gold because they carry the weight of the world, yet are not equally recognized and credited as their male counterparts.
Allyship is another critical area to achieving equality for both men and women. It is not enough for women to celebrate one another; men have to join in on the conversation, too. Given men are the majority stakeholders of all fortune 500 companies; it is imperative to change the narrative and to get more women in leadership roles. The percentage of black women in leadership roles is minuscule when compared to every other population.
