The recently launched course takes place at Georgia Tech and is for students who wish to learn the fundamentals of computer science. It includes four skill-building modules that can be completed at your own pace over the course of five months. The course is provided by Georgia Institute Of Technology instructor David Joyner, who is a Senior Research Associate at the College of Computing.

Four modules are included as part of the launch. They are Fundamentals and Procedural Programming, Control Structures, Data Structures, and Objects and Algorithms. Each module requires nine to ten hours a week of study and takes around five weeks to complete.
During the course, you will learn the fundamentals of computing in Python, including how to write code and execute it, the design cycle of computer programming, how to use core data structure to create useful programs, how to revise coding syntax, error handling, file manipulation, and more.
