Delice & Sarrasin has become one of the most popular plant-based bistros in Lower Manhattan, famous for their innovative French-inspired menu. Now, they are pleased to be extending their opening hours and serving you a delicious new brunch menu.
If you’re one of the many New Yorkers who can’t get enough of brunch, the head chef at Delice & Sarrasin, Yvette Caron, has added a selection of new savory and sweet dishes and specialty coffees that you can enjoy whenever the brunch urge hits, from Monday to Sunday.
The baristas at Delice & Sarrasin are now serving up an extensive coffee menu with oat, cashew, almond, and soy milk all available. They especially recommend their Cafe au Lait, which is their plant-based version of the French classic.
If you don’t drink coffee, they also serve incredible vegan hot dark chocolate and organic homemade teas, with popular flavors including Earl Grey, English Blend, and Green Tea with Tibetan Flowers. They have also added freshly squeezed orange juice to their drinks menu for the perfect spring-style brunch.
The additions to their brunch food menu you’re sure to love include Pain Perdu, which Yvette Caron describes as the authentic French toast. Also on the menu are their savory buckwheat galettes. Caron particularly recommends Mr Petrossian to you, which is a plant-based version of the popular brunch flavor combination of smoked ‘salmon’, creme fraiche, avocado, and dill.
If you’re more of a sweet bruncher, you’ll also adore new vegan gourmet crepes like their La Francinette, which has strawberries, melted dark chocolate, and whipped coconut cream.
