“Revolutionizing the Auto Leasing Experience” is the ultimate goal for this Howell NJ new business. They hope that their new concepts for providing auto leasing to the consumer will be less painful.
Car wash owner and former business associate start new business, plan for jobs and growth
Howell, N.J. - With almost four decades of experience on Wall Street and finance between them, Frank DeLuca
and Keith Medvin have a fairly large degree of business acumen.
Frank DeLuca left the grind of Wall Street after 17 years and started a car wash business. He later expanded into a second car wash.
Medvin did the same, leaving Wall Street after 20 years. The duo were at one of the car washes and
noticed the potential of marrying an auto leasing business with an already successful car wash. That notice has morphed into a new business concept the pair are excited to bring to the Howell Township and surrounding areas and for more than one reason.
“We are putting the final touches on the website. The office space should be fully completed in a few weeks. We are planning on a grand opening sometime in March or beginning of April. If you don’t already know what an auto leasing broker does, you will be surprised how we are taking a historically painful experience and streamlining it to help the customer ,” said DeLuca, speaking at one of his successful car wash locations.
The new business, which will be a revolutionary approach to auto leasing, has big plans for the local population and township. The duo expect to hire a few full time employees as well as having room for additional expansion into more. For Keith Medvin, he recognizes the potential positive impact on the local community. “Jobs mean more money coming into the township in the form of goods, services and taxes. Our business will certainly be generating its share of sales taxes for the area, and our employees, we are hopeful, will also be local. This way the money stays around here, in our area."
"Frank and I feel strongly this venture will prove successful,” said Keith. Because the new business will be located on a previously established one, the overhead costs will be minimal. This way the business can offer better savings for all involved “A car wash with our new business. That makes good sense. Everyone loves a clean car. Not everyone likes the washing part. We are mulling over the idea of combining the two businesses in some way as a thank you to everyone who does business with us. My current deals with the car washes are already hugely popular,” said DeLuca.
The website name, www.gardentstateautoleasing.com, may give some inclination about what the business will be about, but the team assures everyone it will not be what they are thinking. "You will have to come to the grand opening or keep checking the website or our Facebook page (http://facebook.com/gardenstateautoleasing”) to learn more" said Keith Medvin.
