The report emphasizes that overall in September, the sales of 174 new homes took place, with prices ranging from $122,900 to $790,000 with a median price of $205,750. Columbia, SC new home builders such as Mungo Homes, Fortress Homes, Essex Homes, McGuinn Homes, Great Southern Homes and Hurricane Homes are included in these sales numbers.
Meanwhile, new homes in Northeast Columbia, SC saw 42 sales in September, with prices ranging from $139,900 to $484,100 and a median price of $222,772. There are currently 252 new construction homes in Blythewood, SC and Northeast Columbia for sale.
New construction homes Lexington, SC sold totaled 59 for the month, with the most expensive home topping out at $462,500. The median price of new homes sold in Lexington was $203,849. Currently, there are 172 new homes for sale in Lexington that range in pricing from a low of $117,900 and high of $899,900.
The Irmo and Chapin areas saw sales of 22 homes, with prices ranging from $164,210 to $380,701, and a median price of $267,752. Currently there are 149 Irmo, SC new homes for sale in this area.
