The Perfect Planning Tool

The workbook is a six-phase planning tool, designed to assist you in setting and achieving your goals. While the planner was created to facilitate goal-setting and success strategies at the turn of a new year, the blueprint can be implemented at any time.

Simply complete the workbook! It covers everything from a review of the past 12 months to preparation for the year ahead and action steps. 'Planning For A Successful New Year' complements Bosch Integrative Wellness' other holistic health and wellbeing resources that help you manage stress, improve nutrition, and forge deeper, healthier connections with others and their immediate environment.

Review

The first section is a Review, looking at your successes and failures over the past year and detailing what lessons you have learned from those experiences. The workbook encourages you to highlight one thing you are most proud of as well as one of your biggest regrets.
