Northern Colorado’s top realtor, Kyle Basnar, reaches $150M in sales over the last five years.
FORT COLLINS, CO---REALTOR Kyle Basnar, a member of The Group Inc. in the company’s West Mulberry Street office, Fort Collins, CO has recently passed the $150M in sales mark within his first five years in the real estate industry. This sales level is typically one that would be illustrative of a long career in sales; Kyle celebrated his fifth year in business in 2021.
Basnar is a born and raised Fort Collins, CO native who attended Colorado State University and built a solid career in the hospitality and service industry. There, he became deeply connected to the community and then made his move into real estate in 2015. Since then, he has worked at Windermere Real Estate and now The Group, Inc. at their Mulberry office. Basnar specializes in residential properties and has quickly earned his place in the top echelon of Realtors in the region.
In 2020,Basnar was featured as the cover story in Real Producers Magazine, a regional publication that targets and promotes Realtors in the top percentage of licensed real estate professionals in Northern Colorado. He has also earned multiple other designations and recognitions for his work and successes. Additionally, he expanded his business in the luxury home realm while continuing to serve buyers and sellers of all levels. He was selected as the #1 REALTOR in Northern Colorado through the annual NoCo Style Magazine Awards in December of 2020 and noted that 2020 was his best year yet, despite the pandemic. Recently, he listed one of his highest sale price properties in this career, a home at $2.3M, located in Fort Collins, CO and expansive featuring mountain views and top-echelon modern luxury design.
