Upgrade your education, skills, and career – with just one class. The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (306-559-2410) can help you to start a new career as an aesthetician, and you only have to attend one week of in-person training – the rest is online.
Have you tried to upgrade your career, but just couldn't find the time?
You're not alone, between working and family, there's little time to go to school - but what if the school was only as far away as your laptop, tablet, or PC?
The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy, an aesthetician training school with locations across Canada, has a new online course structure that makes it easy to complete your education and certification, without having to spend more than one week of time in the classroom.
Neat, right? If that's something you're interested in - just visit their website at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy
I hate to burst anyone's bubble - but you should know, the new courses aren't easier, they're just different.
You get the same amount of hands-on training at the Dermysk Academy, the only difference is that you can do the "book learning" stuff online, at your own pace. You can work as fast, or as slow as you need, to complete the online training - then sign up for your one week of practical training to get hands-on experience with real tools, clients, and procedures.
So why did the Dermysk Academy change its courses?
To make everything easier for you, of course.
I mean, maybe not you specifically, but they saw a need, so they met it.
Their new courses make it easy for just about anyone to get certified, because they let you learn after hours, after you put the kids to bed, or in between whatever other commitments you may have, and there's no time crunch. Each course is designed to be completed in as little as a few months, but you can take as long as necessary to complete the online portion of the program, before attending the practical training.
That's when the real exciting stuff starts to happen.
During the practical portion of your education, you will work with actual aesthetician tools on first simulated and then real clients, to gain experience in up to a dozen procedures.
This is when you get to play with lasers and other fun tools and watch the effect they have in real-time, as you help clients to look and feel like their best selves.
At the end of your one week, you graduate! That means you will be fully certified, experienced, and capable of performing the complete list of aesthetic procedures for your class. If you want to see the full list of certifications for each course, just visit the Dermysk Academy website, I'll leave another link at the bottom of the page, too.
For example, in the Basic course, you will learn about the medical aesthetic industry, the biology and physics behind popular procedures, and several proven business strategies. More importantly, though, you will also get certified in techniques such as dermaplaning, micro-blading, radiofrequency rejuvenation, and using laser tools to remove unwanted hair or tattoos.
That's not the full list, but like I said, you'll have to check the website, because there are just too many to mention them all.
So what if you've already completed the Basic training, already have experience as an aesthetician, or just want more of a challenge, more certifications, and a more intense career upgrade?
I think the answer is obvious, try the Advanced or Master level course. You don't even need to take the Basic course first, to enroll in the Master level training, because it's an all-in-one program.
Honestly, while the Basic course is great for getting started, the really fun stuff happens in the next courses. As the names imply, there's a real jump between "Basic" and "Advanced" techniques. In the Advanced class, you learn to physically reshape your client's physique with Cool Sculpting, and that's just a start.
You'll also learn about laser gynecology, vampire lifts, carbon peels, and a whole lot more.
However, if you were hoping to learn about treatments like Botox, you may be in for a bit of a disappointment. While the Academy does teach courses in injectable cosmetics, these classes are restricted to students with valid nursing or physician credentials.
So, if you're already a doctor, nurse, or health professional - they've got the training you need. Unfortunately, for most of us, those particular courses are off-limits.
That doesn't mean you won't have several barrels worth of fun learning a new career and getting started in it. From what I've seen, it's a wonderful place to upgrade your skills, even if you're not a doctor.
Don't take my word for it though, check out their surprisingly large collection of 5-star reviews online.
As one recent graduate explained, “I had such a wonderful experience at Dermysk. Sorena is truly a wealth of knowledge and manages to teach in such a professional, yet fun, way. I left feeling confident and prepared for this next chapter of my Medical Aesthetics career.”
When you're ready to begin the next chapter in your career - all you need is the Dermysk Academy.
