Christini’s Ristorante Italiano’s culinary team has prepared a 5-course meal blending flavors from Italy, France, and the Mediterranean. Though the menu has not yet been unveiled, guests at past events have been treated to such culinary delicacies as Baby Lamb Chops with Fig Port reduction, Strawberry Brandy Fettuccini, and Grand Marnier & Hazelnut Seared Scallops.
“At Christini's, we believe that dining is an experience to be savored, so we’ve created a menu for the event that celebrates rich flavors and showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients,” explained a representative of the restaurant. “The dishes will be both elegant and comforting, and you’ll be able to taste the passion and expertise that have gone into each and every one of them.”
Accompanying the food menu is a selection of wines sourced from some of the world's most renowned vineyards. The wines — which represent the hills of Tuscany, the landscapes of Piedmont, and several other areas around the globe — have been carefully chosen as pairings for the dishes being served. To make the experience more memorable, a sommelier will also be on-site to guide guests on their wine-tasting journey.
