He has passion in F&B business and comes from the family background having restaurant business in India from last 3 Generations. His Grand father started the first restaurant outlet in South India serving Vegetarian food locally. Continued the traditional business by his father and so forth. Sunderraj not only worked in india but learned further from his regular engagement in wester countries such as USA & Australia and finally settling down in Singapore. He has Experience in M&C chain of restaurants 9 different brands in Singapore as a senior management. As For SundarRaj, surviving Covid meant cutting cost, working with lesser employees and learning to live with constant uncertainty.
