As the title implies, I am like most everyone else. I need love too. In a world full of striving, competing, and conquering we fight to get the prize. Then we realize the one thing we needed all along, more than the success, more than the trophies...is love.
My new single and EP "So Do I" walks us through that experience of getting what we want and still missing the love we need. It asks the question "do you ever". And if yes is your answer, then so do I. The lyrics truly illuminate the fact that even though we are different and have different life experiences, at the core love is still what we desire. “So Do I” was recorded in Houston, TX with producer and engineer Josh David Walker. It features a soul stirring saxophone solo by Rich Gable and instrumentation by Austin Biel. There are two versions of the song. The soulful ballad version is the main release that will surely continue to rise on the Adult Contemporary charts. It is already in high streaming demand on Spotify and Apple Music. For the Easy Listening fans, there is an intimate, acoustic version of the song. Both are available along with their respective instrumentals on the So Do I EP.
