Plumber Grays got it's start in 1987 when founder Joel Derrick decided he could offer a better service to his customers if he worked for himself rather than for other large companies which treated customers as just a number. .
One of the earliest challenges Plumber Grays faced was finding new customers that would trust a brand new business with their custom. Due to word of mouth, this problem didn't last too long. .
While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Plumber Grays are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when Plumber Grays was recognized as one of Essex's fasted growing businesses in 1989. After 2 years of hard work and the business growing from just word of mouth, they really started to impress the local business association. .
