Having lived in the area for many years the owners of Porters, Mike and Christi Ulrich, want to retain that good old-fashioned feel and ambience to the restaurant. As such, they’ve introduced Sunday dinners to the menu, which include a traditional Sunday roast and incorporate chef’s specialities.
When asked about the changes made to the restaurant, owner Christi Ulrich said,”It's upscale-country. We kept the cowboy theme, but the décor is a little more polished, with a modern twist. Plus, we also have our own smoker, and we're roasting our meats in different woods.”
