Qualigence International is celebrating our 21st Anniversary, which commemorates 21 incredibly rewarding and impactful years in business. This is a huge milestone for our search and talent optimization business, which has provided talent solutions to CEO's, business leaders, and Human Resources professionals since 1999.
We started in 1999 when I experienced how dysfunctional the recruiting industry was and vowed to create an entirely different business and delivery model that provided real value.
One of the earliest challenges we faced was showing business and HR leaders that recruiting could be the catalyst for driving real company performance and ROI.
While every business of course faces challenges, we were fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when seemingly against all odds, and with so much competition, we quickly won business from many of the Fortune 100 companies that craved real change.
As Founder & CEO of Qualigence International I beleieve that one of the high points of or history so far was when a client provided a graph of their rising stock price and attributed that increase specfifically to the services we provided them. The CHRO at this client made it clear that their success was based on teh talent we helped them find, and he performance we helped them drive through our talent optimization approach,
