The new residential listings include townhouses and summer homes. These properties typically feature three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each listing has been carefully selected for its prime location and environment-friendly amenities.
According to the 2020 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers recently released by the National Association of Realtors, heating and cooling costs were the most important environmental features for home buyers. Around 80% of buyers say that these factors directly affect their purchasing decisions.
Interestingly, the report also cited that the typical home being purchased had three bedrooms and two bathrooms and was approximately 1,900 square feet. Most of the houses bought were built in 1993 but were refurbished to include smart technologies for a self-sufficient lifestyle.
Influenced by these data, I improved on my listings and included previously-owned homes that are still in good condition. I’ve also improved on these homes so that they are updated with their heating and cooling systems. Not only does this lengthen the home’s lifespan, but also reduces the costs of monthly utilities.
