June 13, 2018 - Buchanan, MI: National CDA Training (NCDAT) is pleased to offer new, scenario-based individual and corporate training to help teachers earn their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. NCDAT also offers training to help you renew your current CDA license. There is training and support for both the Infant and Toddler CDA as well as the Preschool CDA. All training is 100 percent online to make it available to meet the hectic schedules of working students.
National CDA Training offers a one-of-a-kind “scenario-based” training approach that teaches not only what to do in any given situation, but also how to properly execute techniques in early childhood care and education. This approach is designed to be habit-forming. It teaches your brain to find the most appropriate professional response in a challenging situation based on the scenarios you’ve experienced.
This unique system is scientifically proven to work at all levels of child development. When using a scenario-based training system, your mind believes that it’s truly reacting to each situation. You are getting mental practice. This is further strengthened by a private online community that is available 24/7.
“This Child Development Associate training is proven because teachers aren’t receiving an “information dump”, shared NCDAT owner Mary Wardlaw, “They’re getting numerous opportunities to practice doing things the right way so that when they enter the classroom, they’re confident in every decision that needs to be made.”
As a childcare center or preschool owner, training all your teachers in this method will bring quicker results. Corporate students also benefit from additional training that is included in the program.
All National CDA Training classes are conducted online. Whether out of the country, on vacation or just right around the corner, you can quickly access all the lessons. The modules combine to provide the 120 clock hours of training in the eight required CDA content areas. Please check your state licensing board for specific requirements in your state.
