Meridian's Seville Ballroom recently hosted the 48th Pastoral Anniversary Gala organized by New Light Missionary Baptist Church.
The Seville Ballroom provides 8,200 square feet of floor space - with the capacity for as many as 300 attendees in a banquet-style seating arrangement and up to 500 guests for theater-type configurations.
The Anniversary Gala played host to 200 guests who were comfortably housed in the ballroom's spacious interior.
The New Light Missionary Baptist Church chose a photo backdrop for the Seville's large, permanent stage area which was augmented with special throne chairs and a designer table.
The stage measures 16 x 32 feet, providing a versatile focal point, no matter what type of event you're planning.
The Meridian design team placed a welcome table at the end of the red-carpeted main entrance hallway. For the gala, a red carpet was also laid in the middle of the ballroom to tie in with the white and red-themed decorations.
The center can provide a range of furniture with the church opting for a mix of long, round, and cocktail tables. What will you go for?
You can also rely on Meridian to provide all of the necessary linens and runners for tables. The New Light event utilized crisp white linen tablecloths for the round tables with the designer table on the stage also featuring a red runner.
Meridian created centerpieces for all the tables – again based on the red and white color theme.
