The Repulse Bay: The Verandah, Spices & Marquee, which is situated at 109 Repulse Bay, Hong Kong. Completed in 2009 for The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited. This restaurant offers a mix of international, South East Asian and Western cuisine and the Verandah seats 158, Spices seats 64 indoor, 128 outdoor, and the Marquee seats 264 customers.

And finally, the main bar and lounge project for the Foreign Correspondents' Club, which can be found at G/F., Ice House Building, 2 Lower Albert Road, Central, Hong Kong. The bar and lounge redesign was completed in 2002 for The Foreign Correspondents' Club, offering an international cuisine seating 96 customers.
