Delice & Sarrasin is open for brunch, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The popular plant-based creperie has expanded its selection of popular plant-based authentic French crepes to bring you both more savory and sweet selections that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
If you want to enjoy a leisurely weekend brunch, new highlights you can try include their Mr Petrossian savory galette, which is made with healthy and rich buckwheat flour and features Konjac-smoked vegan “salmon”, dairy-free “crème fraiche”, avocado and dill. The head chef at Delice & Sarrasin, French native Yvette Caron, describes this delicious new choice as their vegan, French-inspired take on NYC’s popular lox-based brunches.
For lunch, the creperie’s new La Paysanne, with plant-based “bacon”, roasted tomatoes, onions, potatoes and coconut emmental cheese, and Leonard de Vinci, which is topped with their well-known in-house ratatouille and vegan cheese, are two heartier choices.
In sweet crepes, new flavors you’re sure to love include their La Nanane, with roasted pears, almonds, melted dark chocolate and coconut whipped cream and their La Bryan, with salted caramel, gingerbread croutons and coconut whipped cream.
Caron recommends both as either a sweet midday bite or for dessert after you’ve enjoyed other dishes from their full French-inspired vegan menu.
In addition to their new sweet crepes and savory galettes, you can order from Delice & Sarrasin’s full gourmet bistro menu with sharing-plate style starters, mains, sides, and desserts.
All of their meals take inspiration from the rich and comforting flavors of French cooking and reimagine them through a plant-based lens.
