Are you interested in impact investing? With GSP REI (610-357-2330), you can support the American workforce and communities in need while diversifying your portfolio.

Workforce Housing Investment Opportunity

You probably haven't missed that there's an ongoing housing crisis in the US. But did you know that you can contribute to ending it while making a smart investment? GSP REI's income fund acquires and redevelops distressed properties economically, creating affordable housing options for essential workers.

GSP REI has a unique investment opportunity that goes toward building workforce housing in areas with high demand for employees like healthcare workers, teachers, and police officers but with a low supply of affordable living.

How it Works

The real estate investor and developer works on a vertically integrated business structure with an in-house team of contractors, property and asset managers. This model allows the company to keep costs low and meet tight deadlines, making it possible to make a profit off distressed and value-add properties while selling or renting at an affordable rate.

We achieve high returns on invested capital by acquiring land and properties below market value through diverse sources such as direct-to-owner marketing, Government-Sponsored Enterprises, local real estate professionals, and financial institutions,” a company spokesperson said.

Housing Costs a Growing Concern

According to the Pew Research Center, 69% of Americans in a recent survey said that they were very concerned about housing costs, up 8% from a year before. Affordable housing is defined as a household that doesn’t spend more than 30% of its income on housing, and those above that limit are considered cost-burdened. In 2023, a third of Americans were considered cost-burdened, with renters being most affected by rising costs.

Who can Invest?

To become an investor in GSP REI’s 506(c) residential investment funds, the SEC requires a $1 million net worth excluding primary residence, a $200,000 income as a single household or $300,000 combined with a spouse. Depending on the minimum term and investment chosen, the fund offers fixed rate returns between 10% - 12% annually, distributed monthly, with an option to compound returns.

An investor shared their testimonial: "I have been invested with GSP since the fund was first available to accredited investors. GSP has spotted a unique corner of the Real Estate investment world to invest in and their strategy appears to be working reliably."
