The National Buyers Agents Association (1-800-383-7188) announced an update to its buyer’s agent locator tool that helps clients find qualified buyer-side real estate agents nationwide.
The National Buyers Agents Association announced the update to its 'Find an Agent' tool and offers consultations to help homebuyers and real estate buyers find the top exclusive buyers' agents as well as accredited buyers agents in their local area. First-time homebuyers are guided through the process of homeownership and empowered to find and purchase property at the right price with the support of a qualified real estate professional who best represents their interests.

The updated buyer's agent finder service recommends local real estate agents to clients across the United States. It was created to help buyers find the right agent to meet their needs without sifting through search engine results. The service allows buyers to select the location, property type, and price range of interest. The search tool then returns local results for reputable buyer agents. These agents are continuously rated and reviewed. The association reports that there are far more agents than real estate listings in the US—up to ten times as many, in some cases. The “find an agent” service helps clients narrow down their choice.
Real estate has been a growing industry for the past decade, with prices increasing since 2017, but seeming to flatten off or decline recently with the many interest rate hikes in the later half of 2022. Buyers continue to seek properties to own personally or investment properties for passive income.
Many first-time buyers report having difficulty finding the right agent the first time and trying out several agents before finding one with the experience and track record they need. Those moving from out of state often will ask the association for recommended buyers agent members for their new area. A top-notch buyer's agent who is selected at the beginning of the home-buying process will provide lists of qualified local lenders and all the education needed for understanding the home buying process. Since they generally only earn a commission at closing, it is wise to choose an agent early in the process.
The National Buyers Agents Association, managed by Skyfor, Inc., has been in operation for over 27 years. Headed by Kathleen Chiras, the association has helped more than 80,000 real estate buyers. The association was formed in 1995 with the main goals of selecting and promoting top realtors to buyers, thereby creating more accessible and affordable real estate purchasing experiences. Kathleen was the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agent's Executive Director for six years and ran its Customer Inquiry Program for nearly 20. She currently is association manager for the National Buyers Agents Association.
As real estate buyers seek quick and efficient means of buying the properties they seek, quality information on the purchasing process can be invaluable. The National Buyers Agents Association also offers 1-minute video guides to purchasing homes in different states, hoping to simplify this process. Their blog contains additional educational podcasts and articles on the housing market, land investments, winning bids, and the importance of choosing the right agent.
A National Buyers Agent Association spokesperson said, “Our goal is to provide for each state on housing trends and pricing by state and major cities within each state. Buyer agents have a singular goal to help their clients get the best price and terms in their real estate purchases. This helps those who are undecided about where to move to get an overview of markets and compare from state to state and city to city.”
