Vince Baker of Vince Baker Ministries has a new faith gospel video on YouTube called, “How Do You Get Faith? Learn How To Receive An Impartation of Faith.”
The faith assembly focuses on 2 Corinthians 5:7, which states “For we walk by faith, not by sight. For we live by believing and not by seeing. It’s what we trust in but don’t see that keeps us going.” Vince encourages us to see with the eyes of their soul, rather than trust our physical senses. This is especially important today, given the growing geopolitical tension.
Our senses can deceive, but our souls cannot. When we learn to see without sight, it is then we witness God.
In the hour-long video, Vince talks about the need to speak your faith, aside from just believing in it. It is the act of verbally expressing faith that you can feel it most in your heart. Vince goes over many Bible verses about trusting God, specifically those that encourage believers to remain faithful even in difficult times.
Vince says the surest way to please God is to constantly believe in Him. In the video, Vince mentions that even if one is “alive”, in terms of their physical functions, a person can live in fear and despair without faith.
He says that so many people are the walking dead because they live without faith. He quotes Hebrews 11:6, “And without faith, it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him.”
Vince says that he understands this may be easier said than done, particularly with the current world climate. However, Vince is certain that true servants of the Lord will find solace in scripture. He explains that God has laid all His messages in the Bible, and believers simply have to find the right verse to strengthen their faith.
The Bible contains all the guidance you need to move forward and live life with intention and purpose.
Vince Baker first met God when he was 17. Since then, he has dedicated his life to the Lord and became a Christian. During this time, he was introduced to the works of Smith Wigglesworth, a well-known working evangelist. God used His testimony to prepare Vince for ministry.
