Lexann McPhoy: Director of Outreach, Events, and Fundraising
McPhoy is a serial entrepreneur and the force behind Lexann’s Nail Creations, Women’s Haven®️ Guyana, and NSI Nails Guyana. Known for her dedication to fostering women-owned businesses, McPhoy will focus on crafting events and initiatives that amplify the Chamber’s visibility while building a solid foundation for its fundraising efforts. Shevion Sears: Senior Director of Membership
As the head of Sears Consultancy Inc., Sears brings over 20 years of expertise in capacity building and diversity advocacy to her new role. Tasked with expanding WCCIG’s membership base, Sears will ensure that more women have access to valuable networking opportunities and business resources. Her vision includes creating a more inclusive entrepreneurial landscape, reflecting the Chamber’s commitment to equitable economic growth.
Carlyne Stewart: Secretary
Stewart, the Chief Experience Officer at Clarke’s Productions Inc., has built a career rooted in operational excellence and mental health advocacy. Recognized for her leadership in launching initiatives such as the “Men’s Mental Health” program, Stewart will oversee corporate governance and stakeholder engagement for WCCIG.
